Spectator Viewing areas

Away supporters are now located in the South Stand where 36 spaces are available to wheelchair users at pitchside plus an additional 21 easy access seats.

Accessible amenities

The stadium has 17 accessible toilets located in all stands and executive areas. Alarms have been fitted to toilets.

On match-days, stewards and fire marshals regularly check the accessible toilets. A maintenance operative is on duty throughout the match in case any problems are identified.

All conferencing facilities are accessible to disabled supporters.

The club shop is accessible for all fans, although spectators in wheelchairs may need to request support in gaining access via a ramp. The shop does have low level serving counters. There are catering kiosks in all home sections that have low level serving counters and so are fully accessible.

Where counters are higher, this is done for security purposes and stewards will assist any disabled fans or their companions to access facilities here.

Accessible services & information

n some occasions, it is possible for spectators who are blind or partially sighted to be allocated a seat in the Press area that enables them to listen to an appropriate radio commentary.  Seats in the Press area will have to be pre-booked by contacting the Club’s voluntary Disability Liaison Officer, Jaimie Dorward at Bradfordcityfcdlo@gmail.com or on 07818 515639.

Provision can also be made for the attendance of a assistance dog, where required, providing arrangements are made in advance with the Club’s voluntary Disability Liaison Officer, Jaimie Dorward at Bradfordcityfcdlo@gmail.com or on 07818 515639.

The ticket office does not have a hearing loop installed. There is no audio descriptive commentary service although local community radio may assist if advance warning is given. Should supporters require information in alternative formats, enquiries should be made to the Bradford City FC via the Club’s voluntary Disability Liaison Officer, Jaimie Dorward at Bradfordcityfcdlo@gmail.com or on 07818 515639, three weeks before the date of the game to discuss how these might be made available.

Getting There & Parking

There are 3 accessible parking spaces that are allocated to home season ticket holders. There are additional matchday blue badge areas close to the stadium (Midland Road) - please note this is not controlled by the club so fans are advised to get to the ground early to secure a space.

Accessible parking is not extended to away supporters though there are up to 10 additional parking spaces as mentioned above.

Due to insufficient accessible available parking, there are informal drop off points and stewards will be available to assist supporters with mobility requirements all around the stadium. Some roads around the ground are closed during bigger games where large attendances are expected.
