Spectator Viewing areas
Home supporters have 19 spaces for wheelchair users available to them, and these can be found at pitchside/ concourse level.
Three wheelchair spaces are available for away supporters and these are situated on a raised platform on the East Terrace. Additional seating is available for ambulant disabled people in both the home and away sections.
Both home and away fans can use accessible toilets inside the stadium allocated near the allocated wheelchair spaces.
The club shop is accessible for all fans though does not have any low level serving counters.
The executive boxes, bars and ticket office all have disabled access.
The only area of the ground which is not currently accessible is the Uplands Suite.
Catering kiosks in both the home and away sections do not have low level serving counters and so are not fully accessible.
Accessible services & information
The ticket office does not have a hearing loop installed.
Hospital radio commentary is available via radio links, fans are to bring own headsets, the club does not provide them.
Facilities are available for assistance dogs on request.
The concourses do not have rest areas included.
Getting There & Parking
40 accessible parking spaces are available pre booked to home supporters.
Accessible parking is also extended to away supporters subject to availability.
Parking is located 20- 50 yards from the entrances.
In case of insufficient available parking, the club have provided drop off points.
Travelling by Car
Most of us have sat Nav's so inputting the Post code BS7 0BF in should be all you need to get you there. For fans who don't have Sat Nav there are some good route Planners available online including google maps
Travelling by Coach
