Getting There & Parking


There is a club car park with 34 accessible spaces for both home and away supporters available on a season permit or week by week basis via pre-booking. 2 spaces max are held back until 24 hours before a match for away supporters requiring accessible parking (this can be variable in relation to demand from home fans). After that they are allocated to home supporters.


The following drop-off points:


West Stand: Opposite club Superstore

North Stand: Exit Gate 1 (Harvey Gardens)

Family Section: Exit Gate 2 (Harvey Gardens)

East Stand: Charlton Lane (adjacent to Lansdowne Mews)

Jimmy Seed Stand: Entrance no. 4 (Valley Grove)


Drivers are advised to drop off passengers by no later than 2.15pm for a 3pm kick-off, 7pm for a 7.45pm kick-off and 11.45am for a 12.30pm kick-off.


The driver then must leave the stadium area and park away from the ground. Please note a one-way system is in place on Matchday, so please follow stewards' instructions.


After the game disabled supporters can again be collected from the relevant spot once the post-game football traffic has dispersed.

There are a total of 104 wheelchair user spaces available - 96 for Home fans and 8 for Away fans.


74 are elevated and 30 are pitchside although these spaces do not include space for PA's.


Away fans are located with their own supporters.


Accessible amenities


Both home and away fans can use the 18 accessible toilets inside the stadium.


The club shop is accessible for all fans but does not a low level serving counter.


Catering kiosks in the home and away sections do not have low level serving counters and so are not fully accessible, but there is a trolley service that delivers hot drinks to supporters in accessible areas of the ground.


Accessible services & information


The ticket office does have a hearing loop installed.


Match commentaries are available via 14 headsets available from the main reception. Headsets should be returned to reception after the match. 7 headsets can be pre booked and the other 7 are available on a first come basis.


Facilities for assistance dogs are available and the club would need to know in advance.


The concourses do not have rest areas included.
