Spectator Viewing areas
Home supporters have 119 spaces for wheelchair users available to them, and these can be found at pitchside and on raised platforms.
18 spaces for wheelchair users can be found at pitchside in the away section for away supporters.
The club has 263 amenity seats for home fans and 108 for away fans.
There are 10 accessible toilets located around the stadium, these are located in the concourses, hospitality suites and offices.
The club shop is accessible for all fans and does not have a low level serving counter.
Catering kiosks in the home and away sections do have low level serving counters and so are fully accessible.
Accessible services & information
The club does have a hearing loop and lowered counter located in the ticket office.
Audio descriptive match commentaries are available via headsets; bookable with your nearest steward on arrival, stewards will deliver and collect from seats.
Facilities for assistance dogs are available.
The concourses have rest areas included in the concourses.
Getting There & Parking
There are 60 accessible car parking spaces on Alick Jeffrey Way (inner ring). All the spaces available to purchase for the full season have been sold.
A limited number will be available on a match day. A maximum of 4 spaces will be reserved for visiting supporters which have to be pre-booked in advance of the day of the game with the Ticket Office, on 01302 762576. These spaces will be available on a first come first served basis.
Drop off points are located on the inner ring road 30 metres from the turnstiles. If you require a drop off and pick up point for ease of access, the car park stewards will inform you of the nearest point to your entry.
Travelling by Car
Most of us have sat Nav's so inputting the Post code DN4 5JW in should be all you need to get you there. For fans who don't have Sat Nav there are some good route Planners available online including Google maps.
